IMPORTANT NEXT STEPS:

• Accepted Artwork Notification: October 13, 2025
• Drop off accepted artwork at Kona Frame Shop parking lot on Friday, October 31, 2025 at 10:00am.
• Kona Frame Shop cannot be responsible for your artwork and dropping off in advance is not allowed.
• All accepted art must be submitted in cardboard envelopes or packaging that will protect it during transport to Hilo.  
• All accepted art must be able to be easily removed from protective cardboard envelope or packaging.   
• Artwork dimensions for transport cannot exceed 40" including packaging
